For Operating Authorities (OA) who would like to use the national Intranet for internal communications and exchange of experience, an account for this purpose can be set up on request. There’s a broad spectrum of things that could be shared this way, for example Award materials locally developed, dates of expedition trainings or ventures, and newspaper articles.
The account basically includes two different “areas” of cooperation: a “closed” one only for the local team and one that’s also open for the teams of other Operating Authorities. To set up an account for an OA, the Coordinator simply must write an e-mail containing the names and e-mail-addresses of his team members.
This e-mail is to be sent to info@jugendprogramm.de. After receiving the e-mail, the system will generate a confirmation to all team members. By answering this confirmation e-mail within one week the user can set up his password and open her / his account.
