An Award workshop aimed especially at Award leaders of International Schools is scheduled for the first weekend of October 2010 in Osterburken (Friday evening until Sunday noon).
Topics will include
How to dovetail the Award more tightly with the school’s general programme and how to use this connection to strengthen the Award team and the operation of the Award;
How to use the Participants’ Logbook to effectively develop, document and evaluate Award activities;
How to build up and maintain an effective system of Young Award Leaders at your school;
How the Gold level helps developing the Award at your school and how to prepare a sustainable transition;
How to use the Online Award Administration System.
Schools and / or workshop attendees can propose other topics to be covered. On Saturday night, everybody is invited to take part in the local Oktoberfest.
