The series of circulars concerning IASS 2008 is drawing to a close. Hopefully, the most important questions have been answered either by these or by the individual emails we have sent. Simultaneously with forwarding the circulars, we’ve published all of them online. There are links to each individual one in the corresponding overview (http://netzwerk.jugendprogramm.de/go/6528). This will probably be the last circular you’ll get before arriving in Osterbuken, as Battsetseg will already have to leave her home in Ulaanbaatar on Monday morning – we will see.

Along with the circulars series, we’ve prepared an IASS Glossary (http://netzwerk.jugendprogramm.de/go/6530). To date, we have published six consecutive versions of it and will keep upgrading it until Summer School 2008 starts. Then you will get a printed copy of it, as well as of a lot of other information from IASS 2008’s website. So, even though you’ll find PDF files of both the IASS Glossary and the updated IASS 2008 Programme attached, you don’t have to print them, for you will get updated copies on your arrival.

I noticed that Cristina, Ionela, and Roland would take in Train The Trainer Course (TTT, http://netzwerk.jugendprogramm.de/wiki/IASS2008TrainTheTrainer), Battsetseg will act as “journalistic expert” and run a journalism workshop on Saturday if there will be a corresponding participants group. Also, Fabienne, Kristina, Janja and Oliver use IASS 2008 as their Residential Project. Please give us feedback, if anybody else would like attending TTT or doing his Residential, too.

As you can see from the linked weather website, we have 20°C in Osterburken in the moment (16:25), which is rather cold for a summer in our region. Tomorrow (Monday) weather should be even colder and even rainier than today, but becoming a lot better when you arrive on Tuesday (thanks a lot for this great support). In spite of this positive tendency we don’t expect temperatures of more than 25°C during the week. So you will probably need both your anorak & hood – and your sunglasses…

We all wish you a good journey to Germany!
