Tasks
You will act in tandems (as far as possible with one person from Germany and one from abroad) and prepare & run together
Award Leaders Course (ALC): 2 sessions
Award Officers Course (Award Management Simulation, AOC)
1 plenary session concerning a specific management task (developing a short “How To” handout included)
Acting as part of the direction for at least one of the four stages of the simulation
Adventure & Seminar Games: 1 game
The quoted task numbers are provisional because most of the people from Africa chose the “Train the Trainers” option and it is still not clear who will finally manage to fix the visa issues.
You will get an impression of you’re your tasks from the detailed lesson plans you will get later this week.

There are four different elements

TTT materials like “Trainers Evaluation form”.
You can prepare your tasks
In the morning (“Early Morning Working Breakfast”)
During lunch time (“Working Lunch”)
In the evenings just after the joint meeting.

There will be four experienced trainers who will help you preparing your tasks
Rossetos A. Gavalas (Cyprus, EMAS Training Panel)

Karsten Vogel (EMAS & German Training Panel)
Klaus Vogel (German Training Panel).
Because they will run their own “Early Morning Working Breakfast”, you won’t be able to contact them before the first session will start in the morning.
